Policies
Booking & Cancellations
- 10-minute grace period; $10 late fee after 10 minutes. Appointments may be cancelled after 20 minutes.
- Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours incur a $25 fee.
- No-call, no-shows may be banned from future bookings.
- Appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance—no response = cancelled.
Deposits & Payment
- A $15 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients or clients who have previously cancelled/rescheduled. Deposit applies to your service.
- Deposits may be used for one reschedule within the same month only.
- Payment accepted: Zelle or cash. Venmo allowed for deposits only if Zelle is unavailable.
- When using Zelle, choose “friends & family” and do not label “nails.”
Health, Nails & Studio
- I work on healthy, clean nails only. If unsure, send a photo before booking.
- Do not come if you’re sick and please give 48 hours’ notice if possible.
- Do not rip off extensions. Soak off at home or book a removal.
- No extra guests—limited studio space.
